Planning & Consulting

The most valuable hour we spend on a property is often before we bring any equipment onto it. Walking the land with the landowner, understanding the history and goals, reading the site, and putting a written plan in place makes every dollar spent afterward work harder. This is also where the paperwork lives; current use, easements, cost-share programs, tax-related timber work, things landowners often navigate alone and shouldn't have to.

Conservation Planning & Consulting

A good plan is the difference between spending money on your land and investing in it. We write conservation and habitat management plans, current-use plans (NH RSA 79-A), and NRCS program application support, and we do site consultations for landowners who want a professional eye on the property before making a decision. Multi-year stewardship monitoring available for all landowners.

Wetland & Vernal Pool Delineation

Wetland boundary delineation and vernal pool identification for landowners planning development, subdivision, conservation easement donation, or land protection. The technical work is performed by certified wetland scientists we coordinate with, and we manage the process end to end so the landowner isn't stuck between multiple contractors.

3

Drone Mapping & Aerial Imagery

FAA-licensed drone flights producing orthomosaics, 3D models, and imagery for property planning, timber inventory, land protection documentation, and long-term monitoring. Small annual re-flights document changes that ground observation misses.

4

Water Quality Monitoring

Pond and stream sampling, monthly monitoring contracts, and written annual reporting for pond owners, HOAs, and small municipalities. Lab work runs through accredited providers; we handle the field collection and reporting. Best paired with pond maintenance and stormwater work.

5

Wetland Mitigation

Landowners with restorable or preservable wetlands often sit on an underutilized asset. Mitigation banks generate credits that developers are required to buy when their projects impact wetlands, and credit revenue can substantially exceed traditional land uses. We assess whether your property qualifies, coordinate with certified wetland scientists on the delineation and restoration plan, and manage the permitting process with the Army Corps of Engineers and NH DES. Best fit for larger properties with degraded or previously converted wetlands that can be brought back into functioning condition.
