We take a landowner's goals; more deer, more grouse, more waterfowl, better nesting cover, a working sanctuary, and translate them into on-the-ground work that produces measurable change over a five to ten year window rather than a single season.

Wildlife Habitat & Improvement
Habitat work only counts if the animals you're managing for actually respond. We use the classic tools (edge feathering, hinge cutting, brush piles, snag creation, nesting structures) as part of a broader plan tied to the specific species and life-cycle needs on your property. Whether the target is deer, turkey, grouse, woodcock, waterfowl, or non-game species, the plan drives the work, not the other way around.

Food Plot Design & Installation
We build diverse annual and perennial mixes—legumes, grasses, grains, and brassicas in rotation—that carry through drought years and reduce the need for annual tillage. Full-service programs include soil testing, amendment application, seeding, mowing, and season-long monitoring. We also can consult, establish a plan, and turn the property over to the landowner.

Ecological Restoration & Native Planting
Utility rights-of-way, DOT corridors, retired agricultural fields, and properties transitioning off chemical maintenance programs all need the same thing: native plant communities established well enough to outcompete invasives on their own. We design the seed mix, prep the site, install by hand or by drill, and manage the establishment years. Once established, the site needs meaningfully less input every year, which is the whole point.

Goose Hazing
Trained dogs make the property feel unsafe to resident geese, and causes them to leave to find easier real estate. No harm to the birds, no lethal removal, no nest destruction. Available as a daily or weekly pushes for entrenched flocks or as an ongoing seasonal contract for maintenance tailored your course.

Beaver Management (Non Lethal)
Beavers create some of the most productive wildlife habitat in New England, and they also flood culverts, driveways, and low fields. Pond levelers and culvert protection devices let you keep the ecological benefits without the property damage, and they last for years with minimal maintenance. We assess the site, design the device to the flow conditions, and install and maintain it over time.
