Nothing else on a property matters if you can't get to it. Access work is chronically under-invested in until a mud season or a real spring flow forces the issue, and then it becomes expensive. We do the road, culvert, drainage, and trail work that makes the rest of the property functional.

Forest Roads, Trails, & Access
Most landowners under-invest in access until they can't get a truck or a skidder where they need to, then everything else becomes harder and more expensive. We build minimum-standard forest roads, skidder trails, culvert crossings, and drainage that hold up through mud season and real spring water. Annual maintenance contracts keep roads passable without the emergency-repair pricing.

Stormwater & Erosion Control
Green infrastructure that solves the underlying problem structurally rather than treating symptoms in perpetuity. Rain gardens, bioswales, vegetated buffers, retention pond maintenance, sediment removal, and erosion and sediment control installation for residential, commercial, and small municipal sites. We coordinate with permitting authorities where the project requires it.

Environmental & Site Services
Environmental site assessment support, general site work, snow removal, and one-off projects that don't fit a neat category. If it's outdoors and someone needs it handled, chances are we can do it or we know who can.

Ponds & Water Impoundments
Design and construction of ponds, levees, dikes, water control structures, and green tree reservoirs for wildlife, waterfowl, agriculture, fire protection, and aesthetic value. We handle site assessment, permitting with NH DES and the Army Corps of Engineers where required, construction, and the water control infrastructure (stop-log risers, drop-inlet spillways, flashboard structures) that lets you manage water levels seasonally. Green tree reservoirs are one of the highest-return waterfowl habitat investments available in the Northeast, and few Northeast contractors know how to build them properly. Existing ponds and impoundments can also be rehabilitated, dredged, or reconfigured to restore original function.

General Construction & Outbuildings
Full-service construction of the working structures a rural property actually needs: barns, sugarhouses, equipment sheds, run-in shelters, chicken coops, greenhouses, high tunnels, root cellars, and small homestead structures. We handle site prep, foundation, framing, and finish work directly, and coordinate with licensed subs for electrical, plumbing, and code-required inspections. Best fit for landowners building out a working homestead, expanding a small farm operation, or replacing the tired outbuildings that came with the property.
